Cheese Cutlets: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled and mashed potato – 3 cups
  2. Oil – 7 to 8 tbsp
  3. Chopped onion – 1
  4. Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  9. Dry coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  10. Mince – 1 cup
  11. Green chilies – 4 thinly sliced
  12. Chopped fresh coriander – 4 tbsp
  13. Bread crumbs – as required
  14. Eggs – 2
  15. Plain flour – 1/2 cup
  16. Salt – to taste
How to Make Fried Aloo aur Baingan ki Sabzi

Method:

  • Heat up oil in a wok, saute onion and ginger garlic paste, stir fry.
  • Then add mince meat, fry along with cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander powder, mix it well.
  • Add 1 cup water and salt, cover and cook until water dries and mince is tender. Let it cool down.
  • In a separate bowl, add mashed potato, chopped fresh coriander, chopped green chili and salt, mix it well.
  • Now stuff cooked mince in mashed potato mixture and make round kebab shapes, roll in plain flour, dip in lightly beaten egg and apply bread crumbs.
  • Shallow fry in medium hot oil until light golden brown.
  • Serve with salad and chutney.
