Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- Rice – 1 1/2 cups
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Bay leaf – 1
- Garlic – 1 clove chopped
- Salt – to taste
- Lime juice – 3 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro (fresh coriander) – 1 cup roughly chopped
How to Make Vegetables Rice Salad
Method:
- Heat up oil in a pan on medium heat along with bay leaf and garlic.
- Then add salt and water according to the rice, bring to boil.
- Now add soaked rice and until water dries.
- Cover and cook on dum for 15 minutes.
- Now fluff the rice with fork, add lime juice and cilantro. Serve
