- Fresh shredded coconut – 2 cup + 1/2 cup for rolling on the laddu
- Condensed milk – 3/4 tin
- Cardamoms – 5 to 6
- Raisins or Almonds – for garnishing
Fry the shredded coconut in a sauce pan on low flame for few min to get rid of the raw smell of coconut. Add cardamom powder and condensed milk and stir it until the mixture thickens. After some time mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Now remove it from the heat and make small laddu while mixture is warm. Roll over the dry coconut and decorate with raisins or almonds.
