In a grinder, put onion and grind, then add mince, ghee, green chillies, salt, fresh coriander, fried brown onion, red chilli powder, BBQ masala, bread slice or bread crumbs, mint, kachri powder and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.
Now add egg and mix well.
Take out in a bowl and mix with hands.
Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.
Grill, BBQ, bake, cook on gas burner or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
Don’t use kachri powder if you would like to make kebabs later.
Also don’t use kachri powder in lamb or chicken mince.
Cloves – 2 tbsp
Cinnamon – 2tbsp
Nutmeg – 2
Big cardamoms – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – 2 tbsp
Green cardamoms – 2tbsp
Mace powder – 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds – 4 tbsp
Fried cumin seeds – 6 tbsp
Ginger powder – 4 tbsp
Mix all above ingredients and grind them well. Keep in clean jar.
