How to Fry Kaleji ( Fry Liver )

Fry Liver

Ingredients:

Lamn Liver – 1/2 kg                        Lemon – 4                    Salt -  according to taste

Garlic paste – 2 tsp                          oil – 4 tbsp                   Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Grama Masala – 1/2 tsp

Method:

Take a bowl and put lemon juice, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala mix well and marinade liver for 10 min.

Now heat up oil in pan and put liver and fry well, until water dry and serve hot.
