Murgh Do Piyaza
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – ½ kg
- Tomato – 250 g
- Green chilli – 6
- Fresh coriander – ½ bunch
- Oil – ½ cup
- Onion – 375 g or 2 medium sizes
- Onion seeds (kalwanji) – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Method;
- Take a pan, add oil and sauté onion and green chilli, and take it out from the oil.
- In same oil add chicken and ginger garlic paste, fry a bit, then add kalwanji, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder and fry well.
- Then add chopped tomato, cover and let it cook until chicken done well.
- Then fry on high heat until water dries.
- Then add fried onion, green chillies, fresh chopped coriander and garam masala, cover for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
