How to Flatten your Tummy after Pregnancy? Full Treatment!

Ingredients for Drink:

  1. Butter milk – 1 glass
  2. Nutmeg and mace powder – ½ tsp
  3. Orange juice or jamun vinegar – 1 tsp
  4. Amla powder – 1 tsp
  5. Tamarind pulp – ½ tsp
  6. Date, fig or dry grapes – 1 or 2

Mix all ingredients in butter milk and take every day in breakfast.

Ingredients for Scrub:

  1. Un perfumed soap – 100g
  2. Egg – 1
  3. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  4. Fuller earth – 2 tbsp

Mix all above ingredients, make scrub. Scrub your tummy twice a day, once in a week.

Ingredients for Cream:

  1. Sunflower oil – 5 tbsp
  2. Borax cream – 2 tsp
  3. Lecithin powder – loads of
  4. Black clay – 1 tsp
  5. Glycerine – 1 tsp

Method:

Mix all above ingredients and apply on tummy every day at night. Then wrap with muslin cloth or belt. Also take 1 tsp milk of magnesia every night.
