How to Make Homemade Papri: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boondi – 1 cup
- Yogurt – 2 cups
- Chickpeas – 1 cup
- Boiled potato – 2
- Salt – to taste
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Chat masala – to taste
- Papri – as required
- Meethi chutney (sweet sauce) – 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Green chilies – 2 chopped
- Chopped tomato – 1 to 2
How to Make Mazedar Papri Chaat in Urdu – English
Method:
- Add 3 tbsp yogurt and milk in a bowl, mix and add boondi, leave for 15 minutes to softens.
- After 15 minutes, add chickpeas, potato, salt, tomatoes, fresh coriander, chaat masala, meethi chutney, mix it well.
- Now add remaining yogurt, garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies, chaat masala, meethi chutney and papri.
- Serve this tasty chaat on Iftari or any tea party.
