Easy and quick dahi boondi chaat can be served on Iftari or as a snack. Boondi is easily available from any grocery store, but I will share a recipe for homemade boondi with easy and simple method.

How to Make Homemade Papri: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Boondi – 1 cup
  2. Yogurt – 2 cups
  3. Chickpeas – 1 cup
  4. Boiled potato – 2
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Milk – 1/2 cup
  7. Chat masala – to taste
  8. Papri – as required
  9. Meethi chutney (sweet sauce) – 2 tbsp
  10. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  11. Green chilies – 2 chopped
  12. Chopped tomato – 1 to 2
How to Make Mazedar Papri Chaat in Urdu – English

Method:

  • Add 3 tbsp yogurt and milk in a bowl, mix and add boondi, leave for 15 minutes to softens.
  • After 15 minutes, add chickpeas, potato, salt, tomatoes, fresh coriander, chaat masala, meethi chutney, mix it well.
  • Now add remaining yogurt, garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies, chaat masala, meethi chutney and papri.
  • Serve this tasty chaat on Iftari or any tea party.
