How to Make Homemade Papri
Papdi or papri has most important roll in spicy chat or gol gapay, learn how to make homemade papri. You can fry and store in an airtight box for ramazan or as a snack.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Cumin seeds – 1 ½ tsp
- Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour, salt, cumin seeds and ghee or oil and make a bit hard dough with water.
- Leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then roll it thin and cut in round or in strips shape.
- Deep fry in hot oil until it’s golden and crispy.
- Use in any kind of dish.
