Many times you might have tried kulcha with keema, but try this keema onion kulcha recipe and serve with korma or you can eat just with mint chutney and homemade butter milk.

Keema Onion Kulcha Recipe

Ingredients for dough:

  1. Flour – 2 cups
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Soda – ¼ tsp
  4. Green chilli thinly chopped – 1 tbsp
  5. Yeast – 1 tbsp
  6. Milk – 2tbsp
  7. Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  8. Ghee – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Mix salt, soda, green chilies, yeast, milk, yogurt and ghee in flour and make soft dough with warm water, wait for it to double.
  • Then roll out and fill the kuccha with mince and onion filling and bake in oven.
  • When It´s done, apply ghee on kulcha with brush and serve these yummy kulcha with any kind of chutney or korma.

Ingredients for filling:

  1. Mince – 250 gm
  2. Oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped onion – ¼ cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Chopped green chilies – 3
  7. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Take a pan, add oil and cook mince along with ginger garlic paste and salt until tender.
  • Then add chopped onion, mix and take off of the flame.
  • Now add chopped green chilies and fresh coriander, mix well.
