  1. Water – 1 cup
  2. Karela whole/bitter gourd – 1
  3. Lauki/ bottle gourd- 6 inch piece
  4. Tomato – 2
  5. Garlic cloves – 3 to 4
  6. Salt – to tate
  7. Cinnamon powder – 1 pinch
How to Make Chicken Cream Soup


  • Take a pan, add all vegetables and cook until vegetables are lightly tender (do not cook too much).
  • Then you can take it with vegetables or strain and sprinkle salt, cinnamon powder and a few drops of lemon juice.
  • Drink this soup twice a day along with exercise and a controlled diet.
