How to Make Palak Aloo Ki Bhujia. Everybody knows green vegetables are nutritious with lots of vitamins. When we think about cooking vegetables, spinach is the most nutritious and favorable vegetables and Aloo Palak ki bhujia (spinach with potato) is my favorite one. Try this quick and delicious Aloo Palak Ki Bhujia and I’m sure everyone will like it.
Palak Aloo Ki Bhujia
Ingredientes:
- Spinach – 1 kg (chopped)
- Potato – ½ kg
- Oil – ½ cup
- Crushed red chili – 2 tsp
- Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Green chili – 10
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- Take a pan and put oil, add chopped garlic, fry for a bit, then add red chili, salt and cumin seeds, and mix well.
- Then add potato and chopped spinach and cook until spinach softens.
- Then cook on high flame until water dries.
- Add fresh coriander and chopped green chili, cook on dum for 5 minutes.
- Serve with chapatti.
