Quick Kaleji Fry

Quick Kaleji Fry (Liver)

Ingredients:

  1. Lamb (liver) kaleji – 1 kg cut in cubes
  2. Oil – ¼ cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  4. Red crushed chilli – 3 tbsp
  5. Crushed fried cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  6. Dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp fried crushed
  7. Salt – 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  9. Green chilli – 6
  10. Black pepper – to taste

Method:

  • Take a wok; add oil, ginger garlic paste and sauté.
  • Then add (liver) kaleji and fry for 1 minute.
  • Then add red chilli, cumin seeds, dry coriander, salt and fry for 2 sec, then add lemon juice and fry on high flame until done.
  • Serve with black pepper and chopped green chilli.
