Tasty Vegetable Samosa Recipe
Ingredients:
- All-Purpose Flour – 2 cup (Levelled)
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Water – As Needed (I used 1 cup)
Keto Samosa
Method:
- In a mixer add flour, salt and mix well. Add water and knead the medium dough. Take into a bowl rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes roll the dough out as rope cut into half and make 5 peda from side and 5 peda from another side. Make a peda and make a puri style roti.
- Add ghee on 9 puri roti and sprinkle flour and start stacking on top of each other take the one that doesn’t have ghee put it top of the rest of them.
- Make sure there are 5 (YOU SHOULD HAVE ROTI’S🫓 STACK OF 5). Dust the flour on both ends and spread it like a roti make sure they all stay together.
- Make a thin roti. Put in the tawa when get firm about 20 second turn.
- Take out from tawa and separate the roti. Take second stack of roti dust the flour on both ends and spread it like a roti make sure they all stay together.

- Stack the roti’s cut in half take 1 half cut into quarter’s and take second half and cut into strips.
- Take another batch and cut all four edges and cut like a spring roll strips.
- If you want to freeze it you can put in a zip lock bag and put it on a freezer for 2-3 months.
