Aloo Paratha Recipe

I already shared 3 to 4 types of aloo paratha recipes on my YouTube channel and on my website (Pakladies). But This recipe is totally different, easy and mouth-watering. In this paratha, you will get more stuffing. Do try this crispy, spicy and delicious paratha and let me know your opinions.

Mooli Paratha
Ingredients for Stuffing:
- Potato (medium size) – 4, boiled
- Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Crushed Dry Coriander – 1 tsp
- Crushed Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh Coriander – 1/4 cup
- Onion – 2 tbsp thinly chopped
- Green Chilli – 3, finely chopped
Keto Cheese Paratha
Ingredients for dough:
- Plain flour or wheat flour – 2 cups
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour, salt, oil and make smooth dough with warm water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare potato stuffing.
- Shred boiled potatoes (to make smooth stuffing), add red chili flakes, dry coriander, cumin, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, fresh coriander, onion and green chilies. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into portions and make balls.
- Flatten the ball and place sufficient amount of potato stuffing, fold the dough as shown in the video. Seal the stuffing.
- Now roll the stuffed paratha with light hands to avoid breaking the parathas.
- Then cook the paratha on medium hot skillet from both sides (this way your paratha will puff up ).
- Then apply ghee and cook until it is crispy and golden.
- Serve with Yogurt or mint chutney.
