Delicious and easy to prepare aloo keema recipe Pakistani can be served with paratha in breakfast or served with plain naan or chapati. I used basic ingredinets and aloo keema turned out really good.

Aloo Keema Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Mutton mince – 1 kg
- Potato – 250 gm
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Tomato – 4 chopped
- Onion – 1 sliced
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Green chili – 4 sliced
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Whole spice mix – 1 tbsp
- Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp
Method:

- Heat up oil in a wok, add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste fry until light pink, then add whole masala and fry for 5 seconds.
- Then add tomatoes, fry for 1 minute. Then add red chili powder and mince, fry well.
- Then add potato and salt, mix and cook on very low heat until mince and potato are tender.
- Garnish with green chilies and ginger flakes, serve.
