Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Apple – 260g
- Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
- Oats – 60g
- Raisins
Keto Lemon Cookies
Method:
- Add apples, cinnamon powder and oats into a food processor. Grind well.
- Put these blended ingredients in a bowl, then add raisins, if you want.
- With an ice cream scoop, place on a butter paper layered baking tray.
- Flatten them with a spatula.
- Bake on 180C for 30 – 35 minutes in a preheated oven.
- Serve and enjoy!
