Ingredients
Butter Chicken Restaurant Style
- Flour – 450 gm
- Warm milk – 3/4 cup
- Warm water – 3/4 to 1 cup
- Instant yeast – 3 tsp or 12 gm
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Butter (for brushing)
- Chopped coriander
Instructions
Keto Naan Bread Recipe
- In a bowl, milk, water, yeast, sugar and oil. Mix well.
- Add flour and salt and make soft dough. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal balls.
- Roll each into a teardrop or oval shape.
- Heat a heavy tawa on medium-high.
- Brush water on the plain side of the naan.
- Place the wet side on the tawa. When bubbles form, flip the tawa upside down over flame to cook the top (or flip naan if not comfortable inverting).
- Once charred spots appear, remove and brush with butter and coriander mix.
Tips
- Use cast iron for best texture.
- Don’t use non-stick pans — the naan won’t stick properly for flipping.
- Rest the dough well for soft, fluffy naan.

Pair with rich curries like Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, or Chole.
