Afghani beef tikka is delicious and simple dish to prepare. Undercut beef is marinated with paste and skew on skewres with fat and grilled on charcoal.
Afghani Beef Tikka Recipe
Original Afghani Pulao Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Undercut beef – 1 1/4 kg cut in 1 inch cubes
- Apply salt on fat cubes
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Onion paste – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Afghani Karahi: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- Apply salt, ginger garlic paste and onion paste on beef cubes and leave for 10 to 12 hours.
- Then skew on skewers with alternative of fat cubes and bbq or grill.
- Skew 3 beef cubes then 1 fat cube.
