Delicious and easy to prepare aloo keema recipe Pakistani can be served with paratha in breakfast or served with plain naan or chapati. I used basic ingredinets and aloo keema turned out really good.

Aloo Keema Recipe Pakistani

Aloo Keema Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton mince – 1 kg
  2. Potato – 250 gm
  3. Oil – 1/4 cup
  4. Tomato – 4 chopped
  5. Onion – 1 sliced
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
  7. Green chili – 4 sliced
  8. Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Whole spice mix – 1 tbsp
  11. Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat up oil in a wok, add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste fry until light pink, then add whole masala and fry for 5 seconds.
  • Then add tomatoes, fry for 1 minute. Then add red chili powder and mince, fry well.
  • Then add potato and salt, mix and cook on very low heat until mince and potato are tender.
