Shami Kabab Pulao: English Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Minced beef- 2 cups
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Green chillies (sliced) – 4 to 5
  4. Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Ground black Peppers – 1/2 tsp
  6. Cooking oil – for frying
  7. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Shredded potato – 1/2  cup
  9. Gram flour (Baisan) – 1 tbsp
  10. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  11. Egg – 1
  12. Mint leaves – to taste
  13. Dried coriander – 1 tbsp

Directions:

  • Take minced beef in a bowl. Add all other ingredients except oil. Make kebabs of reasonable thickness and size.
  • Deep fry on medium heat.
  • Serve with chutney and salad.
