Baked Chicken Drumsticks

In short, this is one of those dishes that everyone likes, especially the little ones who will only leave the bones. If you are following the keto diet, you can make it by replacing plain flour with coconut flour.

How to Make Yummy Tandoori Drumsticks: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks – 8
- Flour – 2 tbsp (or 2 tbsp coconut flour for keto diet)
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Sumac – 1/8 tsp
- Onion powder – 1 tsp
- Butter – 50 gm
Keto Chilli Garlic Paratha
Method:
- Mix all the dry seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag and coat drumsticks in the seasoning, then shake off the excess.
- Pour melted butter in the dish and place coated drumsticks in a single layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through.
- Enjoy with salad for low carb lovers or serve with rice.
