Chicken malai tikka boti recipe is the most popular dish in Indian restaurant. Malai Tikka is a kind of tasty chicken cubes marinated with saffron, milk and yogurt mixture with kebab skewers.

Chicken Malai Boti Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Milk – 2 tbsp
  2. Saffron – ½ tsp
  3. Hung yogurt – ½ cup
  4. Almond powder – 2 tbsp
  5.  Grated ginger – 1 tbsp
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  8. Freshly ground black pepper – ½ tsp
  9. Boneless chicken breast – 1 kg cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  10. Oil – as required
How to Make Mint Chutney in Urdu – English

Method:

  • Take a microwave safe bowl, add milk and saffron and microwave at high 20 seconds. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Then add this milk mixture in yogurt, almond powder, ginger, salt, lemon juice and black pepper.
  • Then add chicken and coat well.
  • Marinate in refrigerator 2 ½ hours, turning occasionally.
  • Remove chicken from marination and discard marinade.
  • Divide chicken evenly onto each of 20 (6-inch) skewers. Place skewers on grill rack apply oil with brush; grill 15 minutes or until cooked well. Serve with mint or any kind of sauce.
