Mutton Hari Mirch Kebab
Ingredients:

Boneless mutton – 1 kg cut in thinly strips
Papaya paste – 5 tbsp
Green chilli paste – 15
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – Β½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Method:

Cut mutton in thin and fine strips. Marinate with above ingredients and leave for 3 to 4 hours. Then skew on skewers along with onion cubes and BBQ, Grill or can cook in pan and give smoak of charcoal.
