Mutton Hari Mirch Kebab
Ingredients:
Boneless mutton β 1 kg cut in thinly strips
Papaya paste β 5 tbsp
Green chilli paste β 15
Lemon juice β 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste β 2 tbsp
Black pepper β Β½ tsp
Salt β 1 tsp
Method:
Cut mutton in thin and fine strips. Marinate with above ingredients and leave for 3 to 4 hours. Then skew on skewers along with onion cubes and BBQ, Grill or can cook in pan and give smoak of charcoal.
