How to Make Yummy Chicken Tikka Pulao in Urdu – English
Ingredients for Chicken korma:
- Chicken – 1 kg cut in 12 pieces
- Yogurt – ½ kg
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 12 to 15
- Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
- Mint leaves – 12 to 15
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Fennel powder – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli – (slices) 6-8
- Poppy seeds paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp (optional)
- Oil – 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Pulao:
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon – 3-4 sticks
- Green cardamom – 5 to 6
- Cloves – 6 to 7
- Bay leaves – 2
- Rice – ½ kg
- Fried onion – 6 tbsp
- Food colour – 1 pinch
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 1/2 tsp or to taste
How to Make BBQ Raita in Urdu – English
Method:
- Add chicken, yogurt, fresh coriander, mint, curry leaves, coriander powder, cumin seeds, fennel powder, green chilli, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, turmeric and poppy seeds paste, red chili and salt in a bowl and well, leave for half an hour in refrigerator.
- Then heat up 1/2 cup oil in a pan and cook chicken until tender and yogurt water dries. Meanwhile cook pulao in a separate pan.
- Take a pan, heat up oil and fry cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cloves and green cardamom for a few seconds, then add water according to rice along with brown onion and salt.
- Bring to boil, add soaked rice and cook till water dries. Then pour food color and put on dum for 15 minutes.




Easy and delicious biryani recipe. Normally I used packet masala for pulao biryani but now don’t need to buy. It is a hit every time I make it.
