CRISPY CHICKEN NUGGETS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Ground Chicken🐔 (مرغی کا قیمہ) – 1 lb (~500 GRAMS) (WASHED THEN STRAIN ALL MOISTURE FROM MEAT)

SPICES (مصالحے):-

Spicy Baked Chicken Nuggets: Urdu – English Recipe

  1. Salt🧂(نمک) – 1 tsp
  2. Black Pepper (کالی مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 1/2 tsp (IF YOU HAVE WHITE PEPPER (سفید مرچ کا پاوڈر) YOU CAN USED THAT TOO. OTHERWISE USE BLACK PEPPER (کالی مرچ کا پاوڈر))
  3. Garlic Paste🧄 (لہسن کا پیسٹ) 1 tsp (IF YOU HAVE GARLIC POWDER 🧄 (لہسن کا پاوڈر) YOU CAN USED THAT TOO. OTHERWISE USE GARLIC PASTE🧄 (لہسن کا پیسٹ))
  4. Grated Onions🌰🧅(کدوکش کی ہوئ پیاز) – 1 tbsp (ONIONS🌰🧅 HAVE BEEN STRAINED OF ALL WATER💧(پانی) پیاز🌰🧅 کا پانی💧 نکلا ہوا)
  5. Oil🛢(تیل) – 1 tsp

COATING (کوٹنک/لیپ):-

  1. Bread🍞 Crumbs (ڈبل روٹی کا چورا) – As Needed
  2. All-Purpose Flour (میدہ) – 1/2 cup
  3. Corn🌽 Startch (شوربہ گاڑھا کَرنے والا میدہ) – 4 tbsp (4 TBSP EQUALS TO 1/4 CUP)
  4. Salt🧂(نمک) – 1/4 tsp
  5. Egg🥚 (انڈا) – 1 Large
  6. Milk🥛(دودھ) – 4 tbsp (4 TBSP EQUALS TO 1/4 CUP)

Low Carb Chicken Paratha Roll

INSTRUCTIONS:-

  • Take a bowl🥣 add all the ingredients, and mix together. Spread a little bit in a bowl🥣 and add oil🛢(تیل).
  • Now take a small piece around 1 tsp and start giving them the shape of nuggets (نگٹس). Do the same with rest of the meat.
  • Take 3 plates. In one plate add bread🍞 crumbs (ڈبل روٹی کا چورا), second plate add all-purpose flour (میدہ) and corn🌽 starch then add salt🧂(نمک) mix together, and in third plate add egg🥚 (انڈا), and milk🥛(دودھ) and beat together.
  • Take nuggets (نگٹس) put in all-purpose flour (میدہ) remove excess flour, then add into egg🥚 (انڈا), and milk🥛(دودھ) mixture then again add into all-purpose flour (میدہ) remove excess flour, then add into egg🥚 (انڈا), and milk🥛(دودھ) mixture then add into bread🍞 crumbs (ڈبل روٹی کا چورا) repeat the procedure until all the nuggets(نگٹس) are done.
  • Once the coating is done you can freeze🧊 it. When you want fry it. Take it out from the freezer🧊 and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Take a pan and add oil🛢(تیل) then turn the flame🔥onto MEDIUM-HEAT. Once the oil🛢(تیل) gets hot, then add nuggets (نگٹس) into the oil🛢(تیل) and fry for 3 minutes. 3 minutes later, turn the nuggets (نگٹس) and cook for 6 minutes.
  • After cooking for 6 minutes, remove it from oil🛢(تیل).
  • Take the nuggets (نگٹس) out on a cooling rack. Turn the flame onto MEDIUM HIGH-HEAT. and cook it for 30-40 seconds removed from the heat.
  • Served with Ranch Sauce (رینچ سوس), Ketchup (کیچپ)
