Today I am going to teach you how to make crunchy French bread, with a nice fringe and a good crumb with the conventional oven at home, made entirely by hand without any machine.
These types of breads are perfect to accompany any meal and even for sandwiches.

  1. Bread flour – 600 g
  2. Yeast – 3 tsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp
  4. Oil – 2 tbsp
  5. Warm Water – 440 ml

Keto Bread


  • In a bowl, add flour, yeast, salt, oil and warm water. Mix and make soft dough.
  • Leave to rest, covering with a cloth, in a dry and warm place until it doubles in size.
  • Divide the dough into three portions and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Add a little flour on a flat surface, flatten the dough by hand, squeezing to avoid air bubbles.
  • Roll the longest part in a spiral, squeezing the end a little to seal the roll, thus forming the bar. Repeat the process with the other portions of the dough.
  • Line parchment paper on the oven tray and place the baguettes on the parchment paper and rest again for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, make a few cuts on the top. Sprinkle some water and dry flour as shown in the video.
  • Bake bread for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
