Darya Ganj ka Rabri Falooda
Khoya (Mawa) Malai Kulfi
Ingredients:
- Milk – 4 cups
- Khoya (mava) – 250 gm
- Chopped pistachio – 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom – 1/2 tsp
- Rabri – 250 gm
- Falooda noddles – 2 cups
- Rose water – 4 tbsp
- Tuj malanga – 2 tbsp
- Strawberry ice cream – as required
Perfect and Easy Khoya Recipe
Method:
- In 1 1/2 cup milk, add khoya, 2 tbsp sugar and cook until thick.
- Then in a jug, add 3 cups milk, khoya and milk mixture, rabri, green cardamom powder, chopped pista and mix well.
- Then pour this mixture in serving glass, then falooda noodles, 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream, again little bit milk, tukham malanga, rose sharbat or jame e shireen and chopped pistachio and serve.
