Fried fish fingers
Ingredients:
- Fish fillet β 2
- Mustard- 2 tbsp
- Chilli garlic sauce β 2 tsp
- Lemon β 2
- Eggs β 4
- Soya sauce β 2 tbsp
- Oregano β 1 tsp
- Bread crumbs β 1 cup
- Flour β 1 cup
Method:
- Cut the fish fillet in fingers style and marinate it in mustard paste, lemon juice and chilli garlic sauce and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Then beat the eggs and put Soya sauce and oregano and mix well.
- Now roll fish fingers in flour then in the egg mixture then in bread crumbs and deep fry until it is golden and serve with tarter sauce.
Tarter sauce
- Vinegar β 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise β 1 cup
- Onion chopped β Β½ cup
- Cucumber chopped β Β½ cup
- Carrots chopped β 1/3 cup
- Capers β 1 tbsp
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients and make the sauce.
