Hari Mirch ka Pakora Recipe
Besan ke Dahi Baray and Imli ki Meethi Chutni: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients for filling:
- Whole large green chili – ½ kg
- Amchoor powder – 3 tbsp
- Crushed dry coriander seeds – 3 tbsp
- Roasted crushed cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Fresh bread crumbs – 1 cup
- Tamarind pulp – 1 cup
Method:
- Take whole large green chilies cut in the middle.
- Then in a bowl add amchoor powder, crushed coriander, roasted crushed cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt, fresh bread crumbs, tamarind pulp. Mix well.
- Then fill the mixture in chilies and set aside.
Kofta Pakoray: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients for batter:
- Gram flour – 1 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
- Baking soda – 1 pinch
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Crushed dry coriander – 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds – 2 tsp
- Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
- Semolina – 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- In a separate bowl, add gram flour, salt, baking soda, red chili powder, crushed coriander, roasted cumin, chopped fresh coriander and semolina, mix and make batter with water.
- Now heat oil up in a wok, and dip stuffed chilies in gram flour batter and fry until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with ketchup or chutney.
