Home Remedies for Weight Loss and Diabetes

  1. Gurmar booti (Gymnema sylvestre) – 50g
  2. Dried bitter gourd – 50g
  3. Jamun dried seeds – 50g
  4. Fenugreek seeds – 50g
  5. Onion seeds – 50
  6. Black pepper – 25g

Method: 

Mix well, take ¼ tsp and mix in milk, water or lassi and take it, it’s good for diabetic, weight loss.
