BBQ Boti TikkaBBQ Boti Tikka

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless beef – ½ kg cut in 1 inch cubes
  2. Salt – 1 tsp
  3. Raw papaya paste – 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  5. Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  7. Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  8. Fried ground coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  9. Oil – as required

Method:

Mix and leave for 3 to 4 hours. Then skew in skewers and BBQ or grill. Serve with any sauce.BBQ
