Maghaz Bhuna is a traditional Pakistani and Indian dish made from goat brain (maghaz) that is fried and seasoned with spices.
Brain meat contains omega 3 fatty acids and nutrients.

Rawa Maida Paratha Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Lamb brain (maghaz), cleaned and washed – 4
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Onion – 1 thinly chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
- Paprika powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies, chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Ginger flakes
Keto Almond Roti
Instructions:
- Add water in the pan and bring to boil. Add turmeric powder in boiling water, add brain and boil for 1 minutes.
- Strain the brain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds, stir fry for few seconds. Then add chopped onions to the hot oil and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste to the onions and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- Now, add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
- Add paprika powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and chilli flakes to the pan. Mix well and cook the spices for a minute.
- Add the cleaned brain to the pan. Fry well.
- Garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander and ginger flakes.
- Serve hot with chapati or parathas.
