Ingredients For Kachori:-
- Semolina (SOOJI) – 1/2 cup / 1 small bowl
- Wheat Flour (ROTI BANE KA ATTA) – 2 tbsp
- All-Purpose Flour (MAIDA) – 1 tbsp
- Lukewarm Water – 1/4 cup
- Oil – for frying

For Filling:-
- Potatoes – 1
- Black Gram (KALA CHANA) – boiled
- Sprouts
- Onion
- Ginger
- Coriander Leaves
- Lemon Juice
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Green Chillies
- Boondi
- Green Chutney
- Sweet Sauce
- Curd (دہی)
- Namkeen/Nylon Sev
- Pomegranate Seeds (انار دانہ)

Method For Kachori:-
- Take a utensil, put some Thick Semolina, Wheat Flour, and All-Purpose Flour in it, and bind the dough with Lukewarm Water.
- Then cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 20 mins. Then make 4 parts of the dough and take 1 part of it and roll it thin and give it round shapes with a steel bowl.
- Put the wet cloth on the rolled Kachoris and in this way roll all the Kachoris and fry them in the heated oil on HIGH FLAME and after some time turn the FLAME MEDIUM to make Kachoris crispy.
For Filling:-
- Take some boiled and mashed Potatoes, put some boiled black grams, some Sprouts, fine chopped Onion, some Ginger, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Lime Juice, Chaat Masala, Red Chili Powder, Soaked Boondi, and mix all of them and in this way the filling will get ready.
- Fill the filling in the Kachori properly and then put some Green Chutney, Sweet Chutney, Whisked Curd, Nylon Sev, and some Pomegranate Seeds in it.
- In this way, very tasty Raj Kachori will get ready.
