Ingredients:

  1. Evaporated milk chilled – ½ can or 170g
  2. Chilled condensed milk – ½ can or 215g
  3. Whipped Cream – 1 ½ cup (Beat with 2 tbsp icing sugar)
  4. Coffee – 1 ½ tsp (dissolves in 1 tbsp cream)
  5. Melted chocolate – ½ cup
  6. Or Coco powder – 2 tbsp (mix in 2 tbsp cream)
  7. Egg whites – 2 (beat until white foam)

Method:

  • Beat evaporated milk until it doubles in volume.
  • Then add condensed milk, coffee mixture, mix with spatula.
  • Then add whipped cream, egg whites, fold with spatula.
  • Now add melted chocolate or coco powder mixture and freeze for 12 hours.
  • If you would like to make coffee ice cream, increase the quantity of coffee and reduce the quantity of chocolate.
  • And if you want to make chocolate ice cream then omit coffee and increase the quantity of chocolate.

Ingredients

  1. Milk – 1/2 liter
  2. Eggs – 3
  3. Cream – 2 packet/ 400 ml
  4. Sugar – 3/4 cup
  5. Flour – 2 tbsp
  6. Chocolate essence – few drops
  7. Coco powder – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add eggs, sugar, coco powder and flour, mix with whisk.
  • Then add this mixture in milk and cook on low heat, do not allow the mixture to boil or it will curdle.(stirring constantly).
  • Then take it off of the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • Then add chocolate essence and cream, mix well.
  • Then add in ice cream maker and make ice cream.
  • In ice cream maker, add 3 parts of ice and 2 parts of sea salt.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream machine, beat it with a beater, instead, and freeze it.
  • When it’s half-frozen, take it out and beat it again.
  • Then freeze it again, and take it out again when it’s half-frozen.
  • Then beat it again, and freeze in an air tight container.

  • Then take it out from the freezer and add crushed cookies and give a swirl with spoon and freeze again for 6 hours, then serve.

  3. Chocolate ice cream – 1 scoop
  4. Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop
  5. Whipped cream – as required
  6. Chocolate sauce – as required
  7. Strawberry sauce – as required
  8. Pineapple sauce – as required
  9. Chopped nuts – 1 tbsp
  10. Glace cherries – 3

Method:

  • Peel and split the banana, carefully slice down the length of the banana.
  • Arrange the 2 pieces side by side with a gap in-between on the serving plate.
  • Then place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the centre, over the two banana pieces.
  • Then put a scoop of chocolate ice cream one side of the vanilla, and then strawberry ice cream.
  • Squeeze a little pineapple sauce over the top of the vanilla ice cream,… chocolate sauce over the chocolate ice cream… and lastly strawberry sauce over the strawberry ice cream.
  • Then pour whipped cream on top.
  • Sprinkle on some chopped nuts.

  1. 200 g / 7 oz chocolate, chopped or grated
  2. 250 ml / 9 fl oz milk
  3. 3 eggs yolks
  4. 90 g / 3 oz sugar

  6. 150 g / 5 oz finely chopped chocolate

Preparation Method

  • Stir the chopped or grated chocolate into the milk in a small, heavy-based saucepan and stir over a gently heat until the chocolate melts.
  • Put the egg yolks into a bowl with the sugar and beat until thick and creamy.
  • Add chocolate milk and beat.  Return the chocolate mixture to the saucepan and stir continuously over a moderate heat until the mixture is thick and will coat the back of a spoon
  • Strain the chocolate custard into a bowl and cool in the refrigerator.
  • When quite cold, fold in whipped double cream.
  • Pour into ice trays and freeze until the mixture begins to set around the edges.
  • Pour into a bowl and beat.
  • Stir in the chopped chocolate.
  • Return the ice-cream to the ice trays and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat the beating and freezing method every 30 minutes, until the ice-cream is really thick.
  • Freeze until firm.
