Mutton Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton (cut into small pieces) – ½ kg
  2. Cloves – 4
  3. Oil – ¼ cup
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Water – ¾ cup
  6. Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
  7. Ginger Paste – 2 tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  9. Black Peppercorns – 6
  10. Cinnamon Stick – 1 to 2
  11. Tomato (chopped) – 1 big
  12. Onion (chopped) – 1 big
  13. Coriander Powder – 2 tbsp
  14. Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
  15. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  16. Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  17. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp

How to Cook Chilli Mutton Masala, English – Urdu Recipe

Method:

  • Put cloves, cinnamon stick, mutton, black peppercorn and water in a pressure cooker and cook till mutton is tender.
  • Heat up oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, then add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste to and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes. Now put mutton mixture in it and cook over low heat till the gravy thickens.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Mutton Masala is ready to savour. Serve hot.

Chicken tikka masala recipe can be made with fish, paneer or lamb instead of chicken. Chicken tikka masala is a dish of baked or BBQ pieces of chicken, marinated in spices and yogurt. But this chicken tikka masala is a little bit different, because it has gravy and vegetables so you can serve with tandoori naan or boiled rice.

Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients for marination of chicken:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg/divide into 16 pieces
  2. Yogurt – 4 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  4. Fried crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  8. Gram flour – 2 tbsp
  9. Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Make deep cuts on chicken pieces, then mix all above ingredients and apply on chicken, leave
  • for 2 hours.
  • Then skew on skewers and BBQ or baked in oven, then give smoke of charcoal.

Ingredients for masala:

  1. Onion – 1 chopped
  2. Ginger – 2 tbsp chopped
  3. Garlic – 1 tbsp chopped
  4. Tomato – 2 blended
  5. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
  6. Oil – 1/3 cup
  7. Salt – 1 tsp
  8. Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  10. Fried and crushed dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  11. Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp chopped
  12. Green chilies – 3 chopped
  13. Tomato – 1 cut in julienne
  14. Onion – 1 cut in julienne
  15. Capsicum – 1 cut in julienne

Method:

  • Take a pan, heat up oil and fry ginger garlic for 1 second.
  • Then add chopped onion and fry until onion turn light brown.
  • Then add blended tomato, salt, red crushed chili, garam masala and dry coriander, fry well.
  • Now add green chili, fresh coriander and dry fenugreek leaves, mix and add BBQ or baked
  • chicken. Mix and cook on dum for 5 minutes.
  • Then add julienne cut vegetables and stir fry on high flame for 10 seconds and serve.
