Foolproof Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Beef mince – 1 kg
  2. Kidney fat – 200 gm
  3. Red onion – 200 gm
  4. Green chillies – 4 to 5
  5. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic – 20 gm each
  7. Red chilli powder – 20 gm
  8. Garam masala powder – 15 gm
  9. Salt – 10 gm or to taste
Mint-Corriander Chutney

Mix Salsa:

  1. Red capsicum – 1 chopped
  2. Green capsicum – 1 chopped
  3. Green chillies – 3 to 4 chopped
  4. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped

Method:

  • Add beef mince, fat, red onion, green chillies, fresh coriander, ginger garlic, red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt, mix and grind well.
  • Skew on skewers, then apply mix salsa with the help of oil, and BBQ or grill.
  • Serve with chutney and salad.

How to Make Tasty Yogurt Salad: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – ½ kg
  2. Ginger – 1 piece
  3. Egg – 1
  4. Green chilies – 2
  5. Garlic – 4 cloves
  6. Fried onion – 1 cup
  7. Chili powder – 2 tsp
  8. Desiccated coconut – 1 tbsp
  9. All spice powder – ½ tsp
  10. Mace – ½ tsp
  11. Salt – ½ tsp
  12. Oil – for fry
  13. Almond ground – 1 tbsp
  14. Cream – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • In chopper put together mince, green chilies, cloves of garlic, ginger, desiccated coconut, fried onion, all spice powder, mace, chili powder and salt, chop well.
  • Now add egg,  ground almonds and 1 tbsp cream. Mix well.
  • Form into small patties, thread in skewers, grill a little on open flame.
  • Then shallow fry each patty till golden brown.
  • Dish it out and serve with onion rings and fresh green salad.

Eid ul Adha is almost here and due to busy routine I did not upload any recipe for EID. I am going to share everybody’s favourite chef Shireen Anwer’s Tawa Seekh Kabab Recipe. You should try these easy and delicious kebabs on this EID and enjoy.

Tawa Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Mince – 1/2 kg
  2. Hung yogurt – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  6. Fried crushed cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  8. Green chili chopped – 1 tbsp
  9. Onion – 1 choppped
  10. Capsicum – 1 cut in julinne
  11. Onion – 1 cut in julienne
  12. Tomato – 1 cut in julienne
  13. Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Add mince, yogurt, salt, ginger garlic, red chili, cumin seeds, fresh coriander, green chili and onion in a chopper and grind well.
  • Then take out mixture in a bowl and make seekh kebabs.
  • Then fry in a pan or on tawa until full tender.
  • Then add capsicum and onion, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add tomato and fry on high flame for 1 minute.
  • Give smoke of charcoal and serve.
