Delicious Seekh Kebabs and BBQ Masala

Ingredients:

  1. Mince meat – 1/2 kg
  2. Corn meal (makai ka atta) – 2 tbsp
  3. Onion – 1 ground
  4. Green chilies – 8
  5. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves – 12
  7. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  8. Roasted chana – 2 tbsp
  9. Poppy seeds – 1 tsp or 6 cashew nuts
  10. Dry corriander seeds – 1 tsp
  11. Fennel seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
  12. Raw papaya paste – 1 tsp
  13. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  14. Cloves – 6
  15. Black pepper – 6
  16. Cinnamon stick – 1
  17. Big cardamom – 2
  18. Green cardamom – 3
  19. Nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp
  20. Mace powder – 1/4 tsp
  21. Egg – 1
  22. Salt – 1 tsp
  23. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
How to Make Chicken Seekh Kebab

Method:

  • Grind green chili, fresh coriander, mint leaves, roasted chana, poppy seeds or cashew, dry coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, big cardamom, green cardamom and add in mince.
  • Then add makai ka atta, 1 ground onion, 1 or 1/2 egg, papaya paste, salt and red chili powder.
  • Mix and make seekh kabab and grill, bbq or pan fry.

  1. I tried many recipes of seekh kababs, but these are so yummy. I made yesterday for my husband’s birthday party. Everybody loved it.
