How to Make Black Pepper Karahi, English / Urdu Recipe

Black Pepper Karahi

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
  3. Green chillies – 3 to 4
  4. Cumin seeds – 3 tsp (crushed)
  5. Freshly ground black pepper – 3 ½ tbsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Yogurt – 250g
  8. Ginger flaks – 2 tbsp

Method:

Take a wok, put oil and add chicken, fry until the chicken’s colour changes to white, then add black pepper, crushed cumin and salt, fry for 1 minute. Then add lightly blended yogurt and fry until yogurt mix well. Cover and let it cook until chicken is done well.

Then fry until the yogurt’s water dries. Then serve with fresh coriander, green chillies and ginger flakes.
