Black Pepper Karahi
Chicken Boneless Handi: Urdu – English Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
- Green chillies – 3 to 4
- Cumin seeds – 3 tsp (crushed)
- Freshly ground black pepper – 3 ½ tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Yogurt – 250g
- Ginger flaks – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take a wok, put oil and add chicken, fry until the chicken’s colour changes to white, then add black pepper, crushed cumin and salt, fry for 1 minute.
- Then add lightly blended yogurt and fry until yogurt mix well. Cover and let it cook until chicken is done well.
- Then fry until the yogurt’s water dries.
- Then serve with fresh coriander, green chillies and ginger flakes.
