Black Pepper Karahi

Chicken Boneless Handi: Urdu – English Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
  3. Green chillies – 3 to 4
  4. Cumin seeds – 3 tsp (crushed)
  5. Freshly ground black pepper – 3 ½ tbsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Yogurt – 250g
  8. Ginger flaks – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Take a wok, put oil and add chicken, fry until the chicken’s colour changes to white, then add black pepper, crushed cumin and salt, fry for 1 minute.
  • Then add lightly blended yogurt and fry until yogurt mix well. Cover and let it cook until chicken is done well.
  • Then fry until the yogurt’s water dries.
  • Then serve with fresh coriander, green chillies and ginger flakes.
