How to Make Sabzi ke Pakore: English – Urdu Recipe

Sabzi ke Pakore

Ingredients:

  1. Chickpea flour – 1 1/2 cup
  2. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  3. Crushed red chili – 1 tsp
  4. Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  6. Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
  7. Dry coriander – 1 tsp
  8. Baking powder – 1 tsp
  9. Green chili – 3 chopped
  10. Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
  11. Curry leaves – 10
  12. Potato: 1 (shredded)
  13. Spinach – 1 cup chopped
  14. Oil – for deep frying
  15. Big size of Onion – 1 cut into slices

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add the chickpea flour, cumin seeds, crushed chili, salt, garlic, black pepper, dry coriander, baking powder, green chili, fresh coriander, curry leaves, onion, potato and spinach, mix well.
  • Heat up oil for deep frying in wok and deep fry chickpea flour coated vegetables until crispy and light golden brown.
  • Serve with tamarind or mint sauce.
