Mint-Corriander Chutney

Ingredients

  1. Mint leaves – 1 cup
  2. Dhania leaves – 1 cup
  3. Green chillies – 3
  4. Tamarind – Just a little
  5. salt – As appropriate

Method:

1. Grind all ingredients together.
2. Mix 1 spoon lemon juice with ingredients
3. This chutney is good with bread slices, samosas, pakodas. ( pakoras ) , papadums and rice
