Chicken Chapli Kebab
Chapli Kabab Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince – 400 gm
- Crushed dry coriander – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Thinly chopped tomato – 1/2 cup
- Thinly chopped onion – 1 cup
- Green chillies – 3 to 4 thinly chopped
- Fresh coriander – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Cornmeal – 1/2 cup
- Eggs – 2 (use 1 raw and 1 scrambled)
- Salt – 1 1/2 tsp

Method:
- In a bowl add chicken mince, crushed coriander, red chilli flakes, crushed cumin seeds, crushed black pepper, tomato, onions, green chillies, fresh coriander, cornmeal, raw eggs, fried egg, salt and mix it well.
- Cover and leave for 10 – 15 minutes. Then make round patties and shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown and tender.
- If it is hot, store in the fridge, if not… you can leave it in the kitchen
- Our delicious chicken chapli kebabs are ready to serve with chutney or tandoori naan.
