Ingredients:

For the Dough

  • 375 gm plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 170 g yogurt

  • Fresh coriander

Keto Keema Stuffed Naan in Oven

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add plain flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, ghee, and yogurt. Mix everything well.
  2. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth, soft dough.
  3. Lightly grease the dough with a little oil, cover, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and make balls.
  5. Roll each ball into a naan shape.
  6. Apply a little water on one side of the naan so it sticks to the pan.
  7. Heat a tawa or frying pan well. Place the naan water-side down and gently press the edges so it sticks properly.
  8. Once bubbles start appearing, flip the pan upside down over the flame and cook until golden brown spots appear.
  9. Remove the naan carefully once cooked from both sides.
  10. Brush with butter and garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve hot with your favorite curry and enjoy!
