- 375 gm plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 170 g yogurt

Method
- In a large bowl, add plain flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, ghee, and yogurt. Mix everything well.
- Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth, soft dough.
- Lightly grease the dough with a little oil, cover, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and make balls.
- Roll each ball into a naan shape.
- Apply a little water on one side of the naan so it sticks to the pan.
- Heat a tawa or frying pan well. Place the naan water-side down and gently press the edges so it sticks properly.
- Once bubbles start appearing, flip the pan upside down over the flame and cook until golden brown spots appear.
- Remove the naan carefully once cooked from both sides.
- Brush with butter and garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with your favorite curry and enjoy!
