AIR FRYER CHICKEN🐔TIKKA (چکن تکہ) & CHUTNEY (چٹنی) is very Healthy way of cooking BBQ. It’s require very little oil🛢(تیل)۔ People that are very Health conscious going to love❤️ this recipe.

Seekh kabab in Air fryer

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Whole Chicken🐔(ثابت مرغی) – 2 lbs (~ 1 KG) (2 PIECES OF LEG QUARTER, 2 PIECES OF BREAST)
    Charcoal (کوئلہ) – 1 Piece

DRY SPICES:-

  1. Coriander Seeds Powder (ثابت دھنیہ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  2. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (NOT SPICY)(کشمیری لال مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  3. Tumeric Powder (ہلدی کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  4. Red Chili Powder (لال مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  5. Cumin Powder (زیرہ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  6. Garam Masala (گرم مصالحہ) – 1 tsp
  7. Black Pepper🌶 (کالی مرچ کا پاوڈر) – 1 tsp
  8. Salt🧂(نمک) – 1 tsp
  9. Dry FenuGreek (خشک میتھی) – 1 tsp
  10. Carrom Seeds (اجوائن) – 1/2 tsp

WET SPICES to Marinade AIR FRYER CHICKEN TIKKA & CHUTNEY 

  1. Green Chili🌶 Paste (ہری مرچ کا پیسٹ) – 1 tsp
  2. Ginger🫚Paste (ادرک کا پیسٹ) – 1 tsp
  3. Garlic🧄Paste (لہسن کا پیسٹ) – 1 tsp
  4. Lemon🍋Juice (لیموں کا رس) – 2 tsp
  5. Yogurt (دہی) – 4 tbsp (4 TBSP EQUALS TO 1/4 CUP🍵)
  6. Oil🛢(تیل) – 2 tbsp
  7. Red Food Color (ریڈ فوڈ کلد) – 1/4 tsp (OPTIONAL, اختیاری)
  8. Baking Soda (بیکنگ سوڈا), (میٹھا سوڈا) – 1/4 tsp (BAKING SODA (بیکنگ سوڈا) (میٹھا سوڈا) IS THE SAME THING HOWEVER YOU WANT TO SAY IT)

CHUTNEY (چٹنی):-

  1. Cilantro (ہرا دھنیہ) – 1 Large Handful
  2. Mint (پودینہ) – 1 Lrge Handful
  3. Green Chili Pepper🌶 (ہری مرچ) – 1 Large
  4. Garlic🧄(لہسن) – 12 Pods (WHOLE GARLIC پورا لہسن)
  5. Tamarind (املی) – 2 tbsp (SEEDLESS SOAKED IN 1/2 CUP WATER💧(پانی))
  6. Salt🧂(نمک) – 1 tsp
  7. Roasted Cumin Seeds (بھنا ہوا ثابت زیرہ) – 1 tbsp
  8. Dry Round Red Peppers🌶 – 20 (IF YOU HAVE LONG RED PEPPERS🌶 YOU CAN USE THAT)
  9. WATER💧(پانی) – 4 tbsp
  • Take a blender put all the ingredients into the blender and blend to make a paste take it out into a bowl🥣.

SALAD🥗(سلاد):-

  1. Lettuce Leaves🍃 (سلاد کے پتے)
  2. Purple Cabbage (جامنی بند گوبھی)
  3. Cucumber🥒(کھیرا)
  4. Onions🌰🧅 (پیاز)
  5. Tomatoes🍅 (ٹماٹر)

INSTRUCTION:-

  • In a bowl🥣 add dry spices to this now add wet spices add oil🛢(تیل), red food color (ریڈ فوڈ کلد), baking soda (بیکنگ سوڈا), (میٹھا سوڈا) mix well.
  • Take whole chicken🐔(ثابت مرغی) pieces and make a gashes (چکن پر گیش), (جیسے تکہ میں ہوتے ہیں) know add all the pieces make sure all the spices goes into the cut.
  • Marinate the chicken🐔(مرغی) for 24 Hours. 24 Hours Later take out from refrigerator 3 Hours prior of cooking.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193.333°C) for 3 minutes. 3 minutes later take the basket out and out the 4 pieces in the basket (IF YOU CANNOT FIT IT MAKE IT 2 PIECE THEN MAKE 2 PIECE) and cook for 25 minutes.
  • 12-13 minutes later open the basket brush the sauce on top turn the chicken🐔(مرغی) brush the sauce on other side and continue cooking.
  • ON separate stove put charcoal (کوئلہ) and gve the smoke(دھواں).
  • On a separate bowl🥣take leg quarters. Keep the breast in the air fryer and cook for 7 more minutes. 7 minutes later take the breast.
  • Take the breast out in the same bowl🥣 put foil in the middle and put charcoal (کوئلہ) add few drops of oil🛢(تیل) close the lid and give smoke(دھواں) for 2 minutes. 2 minutes later remove charcoal (کوئلہ)

SERVING of AIR FRYER CHICKEN TIKKA & CHUTNEY:

  • In a platter put all the salad🥗(سلاد) at the bottom of the platter put chicken🐔(مرغی) on top and bowl🥣 on the other side of the platter. Put melted butter🧈(مکھن) on top of the chicken🐔(مرغی)
