
Normally chai is made with the combination of water and milk but doodh patti is made with just milk and tea leaves. Here is the method of doodh patti video tutorial
Doodh Patti Chai
Chai Latte
Ingredients:
- Milk – 4 cups
- Sugar – 4 tsp
- Tea bags – 4
- Green cardamoms – 3 to 4
- Salt – 1 pinch
Bulletproof Tea Recipe
Method:
- In a pan put milk, sugar, green cardamom and salt. Bring to boil, add tea bags or tea leaves (chai ki patti).
- Now boil for at-least 5 to 7 minutes on low flame till thicken.
- Now strain and pour in a cup.
- Serve hot.
