Easy Tandoori Naan
Garlic Naan Recipe
Ingredients:
- Plain flour – 3 cups
- Salt – 3/4 tsp
- Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda – 3/4 tsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Yogurt – 3/4 cup
For garnishing:
- Fresh coriander
- Butter

Method for Easy Tandoori Naan:
- In a bowl, add plain flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, oil and yogurt. Mix well.
- Then add warm water and make smooth dough.
- Add a bit of oil and then cover it. Leave it for 5 minutes, then divide dough and make balls.
- Then roll them and make naan.
- Now leave the frying pan to warm up a bit and roll the dough balls.
- Apply water to the other side so it sticks to the frying pan. Carefully put the naan on the frying pan and press on the sides to make it stick.
- When you see bubbles starting to form, turn it the other way and turn up the heat.
- When it’s cooked from both sides, take it out.
- Apply butter and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve with any kind of curry and enjoy.
