Easy Tandoori Naan

Garlic Naan Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Plain flour – 3 cups
  2. Salt – 3/4 tsp
  3. Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Baking soda – 3/4 tsp
  5. Oil – 3 tbsp
  6. Yogurt – 3/4 cup

For garnishing:

  1. Fresh coriander
  2. Butter

Method for Easy Tandoori Naan:

  • In a bowl, add plain flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, oil and yogurt. Mix well.
  • Then add warm water and make smooth dough.
  • Add a bit of oil and then cover it. Leave it for 5 minutes, then divide dough and make balls.
  • Then roll them and make naan.
  • Now leave the frying pan to warm up a bit and roll the dough balls.
  • Apply water to the other side so it sticks to the frying pan. Carefully put the naan on the frying pan and press on the sides to make it stick.
  • When you see bubbles starting to form, turn it the other way and turn up the heat.
  • When it’s cooked from both sides, take it out.
  • Apply butter and garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve with any kind of curry and enjoy.
