Chicken Makhni
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – 1 kg
- Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala power – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Blended tomato – 2
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cream – ¼ cup
Method:
Take a pan, add butter, oil and fry onion until light pink. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 sec and add blended tomato, fry well. Then add black pepper, salt and garam masala powder, fry for 1 sec. then add chicken, fry well. Add ¼ cup of water, cover and let it cook until chicken is tender. When it’s done, add cream and serve with naan.
