Fish Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
- Fish – 300 gm
- Garlic – 4 clove
- Mint – ½ bunches
- Egg -1
- Onion – 1
- Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
- Green chilies – 4
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Ajwain – ¼ tsp
- Crushed red chili – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – as taste
Method:
- First clean fish, take out all bones, then put all ingredients and fish in chopper and grind them well (not egg).
- Then make kebabs and dip in egg and shallow fry until golden brown.
- Serve with any sauce or tomato ketchup.
