Homemade Mango Squash
Ingredients:
- Mango – 1 kg (peeled and sliced)
- Water – 1 litre
- Sugar – 1 kg
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Method:
Take blender add mango slices with ½ litre of water and blend. Than take a pan and add mango puree, sugar and ½ litre of water, cook on low heat. When it starts boiling add lemon juice. During cooking remove foam from the syrup, to clean the syrup. Cook until thick. Let it cool down before containing in a bottle. Enjoy your summer and Ramadan.
